ABOUT ME
I know procrastination—not just from books or coaching seminars, but from lived experience.
My name is Peter and at 58, I’ve walked through some of the hardest chapters a man can face: divorce, the darkness of a suicide attempt, and the quiet, daily battle of putting things off even when I knew it was costing me my future.
As a father of two, I’ve also learned - sometimes painfully - that procrastination doesn’t just hold us back. It impacts the people we love, the ones who depend on us, and the legacy we leave behind.
What I’ve come to understand is this: procrastination isn’t laziness. It’s a signal. It can be fear, perfectionism, overwhelm, or even deep pain, surfacing as avoidance of the things that matter most.
Today, I coach men and women who feel stuck to break free from procrastination, reconnect with their purpose, and finally move forward into a life they can be proud of.
If you’ve ever felt like time is slipping away, or that you’ve been holding back from becoming the best version of yourself, know this—you’re not alone. And I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey of change.
